Earl Grey Infused Cookies 

Serves: 30 pieces | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cooking Time: 15 Minutes

You Will Need

  • Cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes 227g
  • Icing sugar, sifted ½ cup
  • All purposed flour 2 cup
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Earl Grey Tea 2 sachets
  • Directions

    1. Cream butter and icing sugar until pale and fluffy.

    2. Add in all-purpose flour and salt.

    3. Crushed earl grey tea with pestle and mortar until fine and add into flour mixture. Do not overmix.

    4. Roll the dough to ½ cm thick on flur surface. 

    5. Using round cookies cutter, cut the cookies and place onto prepared baking tray.

    6. Baked in preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
