Lychee, canned, 1 can
Blueberries, 1 cup
Pomegranate juice, 500ml
Black current juice, 500ml
Sparkling water, 1L
Black food coloring, optional
1. Drain canned lychee and reserve the syrup. Insert blueberries into lychee cavity and freeze it about an hour until hardened.
2. In a pitcher, stir in pomegranate and black current juice, sparkling water and lychee syrup. Add 2 drops of black food coloring if desired.
3. Upon serving, add a few lychee ‘eye balls’ into drinking glass and pour your black magic punch and serve!
