10 Everyday Ailments Soothed Tea

Let us shed some knowledge and positive-tea on tea remedies!

Anxiety: There are three types of tea you can choose from. Chamomile is one of the best because it helps to calm your body. In fact, it even helps you to fall asleep easily if you having trouble sleeping. Otherwise, green tea and black tea helps too.

PMS (premenstrual syndrome): Ladies take note on this. There are two types of tea you can choose from: chamomile or decaffeinated herbal tea. It will help your tummy feel a lotttt better!

Acne: Are you suffering from acne? Not to worry, tea to the rescue! Try drinking spearmint, chamomile or rooibos tea. Don’t know what rooibos tea is? It is basically a South African bush tea. It contains minerals which can help your body in maintaining a healthy system. If you love fruity smells, this will be one of your favourites.

Insomnia: If you have insomnia, as mentioned earlier, chamomile is your best friend. Trust us, you’d be able to fall asleep within minutes. You can also try mixing chamomile, spearmint, and lemongrass teas together. If you are a tea lover, that is a good mix too.

Weight loss: For some of you guys who are trying to lose weight, try drinking green tea or white tea once a day. Green tea can help you lose fat, especially harmful abdominal fat. Also, just eat clean.

Nausea and upset stomach: Try peppermint or chamomile teas. You can also try putting ginger into your chamomile to soothe your tummy ache. 

Headaches: Coming down with a headcahe after a full day of meetings? We feel ya! You can try out our “feverfew” or chamomile teas. Both are equally relaxing. 

Allergies: Having hay fever or allergies? Its said that green and peppermint tea are pre-tea efficient cures!

Libido Boost: Trouble in the bedroom?  Looking to spice things up beneath the sheets? Ginseng tea for men can increases sperm count while heightening sexual satisfaction and can also work to prevent or reduce erectile dysfunction.

Bad breath: Worried you might have bad breath or coffee breath? Rinsing your mouth with black tea can prevent plaque from forming. It also destroy acids that can cause tooth decay. So start gaggling today!
