1. Prepare a pot of water and add in food coloring and mix it. You may add in more food coloring to get darker shade. 2. Roll boiled egg on top of the counter to crack the shells and place it into colored water. Let it immersed for about 4 hours.
3. Peel the shell and cut into half. Remove the egg yolk and place it into a mixing bowl.
4. Halved avocado and spoon out the flesh. Combine with egg yolk and add in yellow mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and mash it using fork until you get a smooth consistency.
5. Transfer to a piping bag with piping tip of your choice and pipe it back into the egg white. Garnish with black sesame upon serving.
