Gulai Prawn With Belimbing Buluh

10 Prawn, XL Size
100 ml Cooking Oil
2 cups Fresh Coconut Milk
200 g Red Onion, Blended
5 Garlic Cloves, Blended
1 Galangal, Blended (1 Inch)
1 ½ Ginger, Blended (1 1/2 Inch)
1 Turmeric Fresh, Blended (1 Inch)
1 Lemongrass (Stalk)
7 Belimbing Fruits
5 Bird Eye Chillis
Salt (As needed)
Heat up the cooking oil, sauté the blended item until the oil starts separating.
Add in fresh coconut milk, prawn, belimbing and let it simmer for 15 minutes in low heat.
Add in bird eye chilies and cook for another 10 minutes. Season and serve warm.
