Stuffed Tofu Pok With Spiced Chicken
 6 Tofu Pok, Cut Into Half
 150 g Minced Chicken
 10 g Spring Onion, Sliced
 1 Lemongrass, Fine Chopped (1 Stalk)
 10 g Ginger, Fine Chopped
 10 g Red Onion, Fine Chopped
  tbsp Cumin Powder
  tbsp Chilli Powder
 2 Eggs
 80 g Flour
 300 ml Cooking Oil
 Salt (As Needed)
 White Pepper (As Needed)
Kaffir Palm Sauce
 4 Kaffir Leaf, Chopped
 50 g Plum Sauce
 ½ Red Chilli, Chopped (Half Inch)
 2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
 10 ml Lime Juice
 5 ml Fish Sauce
 3 g Coriander Leaf, Chopped
 Salt (As Needed)
Stuffed Tofu Pok With Spiced Chicken Cooking Method

Heat the cooking pan, sauté all the paste until cooked.


Stuff the tofu with cooked minced chicken.


Coat it with flour and egg. Heat the oil and deep fry the tofu until it turns golden brown.

Mix all ingredients together and its ready to serve.
